"Perfection. The property, the brunch, the pools, the service, the view, the value---all outstanding. Excellent service at all points, never disappointing. Will arrange taxi pickup to/from PVR for you, upon request before arrival. MUST REQUEST, however. What I wish I knew: This property is not on the beach and requires a taxi for everything, as the area around the hotel is not walkable. "Great place to stay "

"Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could . Check in was in a separate building, from the pinnacle I was staying at . Over all we did enjoy our stay . Glad we had a car . "

"Everything was amazing. The food: we ate at all 3 of the restaurants on the property as well as Hiroshi. The spa was great. We participated in the Hydro therapy followed by a 50 minute massage. 2 employees that stood out were Ronnie by the poolside. He was very friendly, helpful and checked in with me daily.
