"This was my first time staying at this hotel and I have to admit that I will be coming back next time I’m in Guadalajara. The property is super clean, has amazing customer service and the location is within walking distance for everything in Guadalajara Centro. At first I thought I needed a taxi to get around downtown and I was wrong. I definitely recommend this hotel, they have security at the door all day which made us feel safe. "While the rooms are small and very basic, the grounds and the pool were fantastic. The pool staff were also superb, with excellent service."

Only issues we had were plumbing (toilet and shower) almost impossible to flush the toilet without straining yourself, and changing the water from spout to showerhead was very difficult, and when you finally got it to stay, the temperature would automatically change from hot to cold. "We stayed here for 6 days. Staff was friendly. This hotel is in an excellent location. Walking distance to the Zocalo and to downtown maybe 2 blocks away. The room was very nice, keep in mind it’s an older building but very beautiful. They do have a pool and the restaurant in the hotel had very good breakfast. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because we did not have hot water in our room, not that we needed it much because in the day time since it was hot outside the water was warm...
