It was hard to make reservations for the restaurants, almost impossible to get in just like other reviews noted but they still have the buffet with a large food selection. "

"Staying at Riviera Grand Princess was a delightful experience overall. The staff went above and beyond, especially Felix, who handled a situation with professionalism and care. Our Platinum upgrade was worth it, with a wonderful room and great service and amenities throughout our stay. Martin, who manages the shuttle, was also fantastic. Outstanding a la carte restaurant options, and themed entertainment. One thing to note for future travelers is to be mindful of the living wildlife around; it’s best not to leave snacks and belongings unattended. Overall, a great stay with a few helpful tips for fellow travelers."

"Beautiful property but the rooms/lobby need to be updated. The beds we not comfortable and the water pressure in the rooms could have been better. However, the service was amazing and staff members always would greet us with a smile. The whole resort was clean, I felt like they had a great system in place for their daily cleaning of the entire resort. They raked the beach every morning too, it made for a beautiful beach experience. Excellent entree options at the restaurants, the buffets had a great variety! "

"It was our first time in Cancun and we loved our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana. All of the staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was really good! Highly recommend La Joya and the mussels that our waiter said we must try!!!!! The new restaurants downstairs were all really great too. Would love to go back!"
