"I always stay at this hotel when I’m in Guadalajara and it’s beautiful. Beds are comfortable, staff is amazing and the amenities are beautiful. Have a bar with a wonderful Terrance. Breakfast available on the first floor with good music. Plus an art galleria on the first floor. You won’t be disappointed choosing this hotel to stay in. "

"I have stayed at a few other comparable hotels in Centro. This by far is the best option. The location is great not only because it's close to the historic district, but also because it's one block back off the main road making it way more quiet than the other similar hotels. The staff here is accommodating, welcoming, and responsive. The one thing that could be improved would be adding small refrigerators in the rooms. It was 38°c outside and would be nice to be able to come back to some cold drinks. When we asked for ice, we were charged 30 pesos for it. Not a huge deal, but would be nice to have a fridge or free ice. We stayed five nights and did not need the in-house internet that much because we have Mexican cell phones, but for foreign travelers know that the internet at the hotel is not the strongest, so maybe not suitable for business travelers. All that said, we've already booked rooms for Day of the Dead, so obviously we enjoyed our stay."

"Everything was great ..! But room service food was nasty …. We order the suchii had 2 inches of cream cheese, pizza was a frozen item , the chicken wings were over cook an old, we also order the club sandwich that had chicken n no bacon on a old sougy bread … they charge for ice when it supposed to be free … I have stayed there several times but never order room service n probably not order room service again , they brought the food in a dirty dish cart an handed the food in the door "
