“Impressed”
This is truly beautiful place in the heart of the downtown area. We were treated exceptionally well and would stay there again if in that area.
“Awesome hotel!”
Great location, friendly service, and the inside is beautiful. The beds are a little hard, but I find that in many of the hotels in Mexico.
“Highly Impressed”
For a hotel in the older part of town, it is immaculately clean inside. The workers are very dedicated and attentive to visitors.
“Guadalajara's Best Hotel”
This is our 3rd time to stay at the Hotel Morales. It is the perfect hotel in the historical district of Guadalajara. Walking distance to the plaza and Catholic church plus the Mercado. The staff is excellent and very helpful. They continue to add to the hotel and will soon open a swimming pool and gym. The entire ambience of the hotel is one of a by-gone era. It is a beautiful hotel and a real pleasure to be a guest there. I would recommend the Hotel Morales to anyone that wants the true flavor of Guadalajara.
“Would definitely stay there again!!”
Our stay at this hotel was a fabulous experience! I worried about the hard beds other reviewers had complained about, but after the first night it didn't really matter. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, and we were treated with the greatest courtesy and respect. The food in the restaurant was well presented and tasty, and prices were reasonable. The location of the hotel was convenient for walking all over the historic district, the marketplace and all the very good restaurants in the area. My only negative comment: water pressure in the shower wasn't all that good.
“Definetly recommend to others”
Great location to all the historical downtown areas. Older hotel that maintains its unique architecture and ambiance and very well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Rooms were large and quiet. I heard none of the normal noise of other guests coming and going, shutting doors etc. Great hotel!.
“Very impressed by hotel quality and reasonable price”
The only negative, there was only a small window in the shower for fresh air. Otherwise, the room and hotel was 5 stars in quality.
“Very elegant”
You can stay at this beautiful hotel without a doubt.
“Great Location”
A great base to see the Historical Centre of Guadalajara
“Guadalajara's best kept secrete”
you will never want to leave.
