"Large hotel located 3 minutes walk from Kensington High Street tube. Only snag was the noise of the trains on the tracks at the back of the hotel. Ran until late and restarted early. Our room’s double glazing wouldn’t lock tight closed. Otherwise a good hotel."

"Quick stay. Had a 12 hour layover at airport so stayed here. Wish we could have experience more. Saw restaurant and bar which was full of laughter and everyone was friendly. Staff made us welcome and upgraded our room at no cost, they arranged our travel back to airport in morning and coffee. Would love to go back. "

"The lobby was absolutely stunning, as was the rest of the hotel. Beautiful decorations. Room was a bit small but I was staying by myself so I didn’t mind. Location was great, about a 2 minute walk from the Queensway Train station, which basically takes you right into the city. Feels very safe for someone traveling alone! "

"Great location! So convenient. The comfy bed & shower facilities were outstanding. The room is small but efficient. It did take us time to work out the high-tech iPad that controls everything. We’re older. But once we got help with it, it became easy. Breakfast has a good assortment. We liked it very much & we had an outstanding view of the Tower of London!"

"Well all the staff were absolutely brilliant, down to earth yet really welcoming, they seemed genuinely happy that we chose the hotel. I hate to feel that people are subservient to me, both my kid and I that visited, love to engage with people that take pride in their work but never want anyone to act in a subservient way merely because we pay to stay.
