"nice hotel"
They were informed that I was pregnant and I kept going to the hospital and sadly I had to cut my London trip short. But the staff took good care of me. They were sweet and generous

"Fantastic hotel, in a wonderful location."
It's a hotel that I have always wanted to stay in, and it did not disappoint. Very attentive staff, excellent food and beverages, perfect location. Lovely old school feel, with fantastic attention to detail. Slight downsides, some of the carpets are a bit weary, but this is down to the large foot traffic and much nicer than tiled hallways. I had wanted the concierge to book Cirque Du Soleil in the RAH, to be told that it was a private function and tickets were not available. I later discovered it was very much a public show, and we just managed to get tickets on time elsewhere. Also there is no business center, so it is a little awkward if you have sensitive documents to print, as you have to email the hall porters for them to print. Overall a fantastic experience, and would highly recommend.

"In London for American Football"
Hotel was wonderful and close to everything. Piccadilly Circus is the "Times Square" of London. A bit pricey, but no different than NYC

"Nice and comfy apartment, excellent location"
Because of the great experience I had in GoNative, I decided to look for similar hotel concepts wherever I travel. I'm a person who likes to get things done by himself, so it's so great to self check in-out without getting into the awkward moments of waiting at the reception, exchanging made up smiles, wondering if the front disk employee would find a room or would get you the room you wanted. I arrived at go native and opened the outside door using the code sent to my email, and found the apartment's keys in an envelop inside a the keys safe box. The suite was clean, and comfy. It has a complete kitchen and a laundry washing machine. Housekeeping staff are very nice and friendly. I haven't met any of the in charge management over there. If you are undemanding person who doesn't need room service and people cook for him when needed, and you plan your trips very well and keep your daily needed things handy, then this place is an excellent choice.

"Welcoming 5 star in central London"
From the friendly check in, the wonderful room, the quirky but stylish decor, you can feel a sense of class and style but no stuffiness, Stayed as a family for new year celebrations and had the most wonderful experience. The bar has a cosy and sophisticated vibe, and the mini bar had a great selection, including ice cream that the kids enjoyed. Not a cheap hotel, but worth it!

"Great hotel in the heart of Mayfair"
When we stay in London we love to stay and eat in Mayfair but need to watch the budget. We love the Washington as it is a couple of hundred yards from Green Park tube, dead easy to get to, and is round the corner from our favourite and not expensive French restaurant. We just use the room as there are lots of nearby places for breakfast, drinks, coffees etc that are frankly a better option than the hotel (or indeed any hotel really). We got the room for £168 which is about our limit and well worth it for the experience of just being in the heart of Mayfair and such a good base for doing anything in London, and so easy to connect to the main stations we use.
