"Our room had dirty carpets. They definitely need to be steam cleaned. They were all stained. I felt gross walking on that carpet. The tv was the size of a computer monitor and ontop of a desk. Also the fireplace is very dated and didnt work. The room was so cold when we got there because the a/c was on so high."

"The room was nice. I liked the heated bathroom floor. The attached restraunt had Great food. I booked the room and was only told about an additional Resort charge. I was there less than 12 hours. That was the only unfortunate part."

"This was my first visit to Niagara Falls. I attended a conference at the Sheraton Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had an amazing view and an in-room jacuzzi. The room was well used and old. "

"It was quite a pleasant surprise as well as a very good cost x benefit equation. We only spent a night in Niagara Falls and felt that the choice of hotel was very appropriate. Breaktast was also quite good and I would like to recognize Rekha for helping us with a very plesant meal. We also took the opportunity to visit Niagara-on-the-lake (a must) and the location of the Comfort Hotel was quite convenient for that short journey as well."
