It was our first time staying at this hotel. Kid friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, staff were super helpful. Prime location with everything close by (restaurants, beach) highly recommend. Would definitely book again when visiting Kelowna.

An beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to downtown Kelowna. The amenities were plentiful, the staff were wonderful, and the breakfast, delicious. Absolutely would book again on my next trip!

Overall the resort is really nice. The staff were friendly, the beach is great, and the pool and hot tub are clean, there's even a nice little BBQ area. There is a place down the road where you can easily rent paddle boards, kayaks etc. which was really nice, but would love to see the hotel offer this service onsite. The food at the restaurant is mediocre pub food at best. Disappointing as it's so beautiful and has great potential. The inroom coffee is disgusting, it's 2025 there is no reason for bad coffee in a hotel. They say they have an onsite store which isn't accurate, they have three shelves at the front desk with a few items. If this resort put the effort into good food, coffee, rentals, and a little store, it would be five star. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful view of the lake and great hosts! Very clean and comfortable

The bed was comfortable, room and bathroom clean, new AC quiet and made the room very comfortable. The host was very helpful and friendly staff. While the host was very accommodating and allowed us to store some food in refrigerator and freezer, and made us fresh coffee when we asked, it would be nice to have a small fridge and coffee maker in the room. An umbrella or shade cover on the deck attached to the room would be good too. But we enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the evening after the sun went down. The price was right and we plan to stay again. Older reviews made us think it was a bed and breakfast. This is not a bed and breakfast. No breakfast. There is a lovely patio under the trees to enjoy with mountain and orchard views. It worked for us as we were away during day and just needed a place to shower and sleep.
