The staff was very friendly and kind. Checking in was smooth and easy. Only one front desk member and there were a few of us to check in all in a line, he hustled and was efficient and great. The room however was… not good. It is a no smoking property but all I could smell was cigarette smoke, the carpets were not vacuumed in places. There were nail clippings by the bed, blood spackle among other random stains on the wall near the bed. It was very loud on the floor I was on 100-115 or something. I could hear people walking down the hall and talking in the room above and next to me. The bathroom was ok, the drain was not effectively working, the tub was a little grimy and dirty. Cleanliness - 0/10 (it was actually a hazard) friendliness - 10/10

The rooms are extremely outdated and very poor configuration. The bathroom is extra small, tiny sink for a room for 4 people. The tiniest TV I have ever seen in a hotel, very old furniture. I dont think anything in the rooms has been updated in the last 20 years. Extremely disappointing.
