The only knock I would give the hotel was location. It was a safe area but nothing to walk to - surrounded by office buildings. But there was always a taxi waiting to take you anywhere! The breakfast was a great value! I would stay here again!

Very clean, staff very helpful, walkable

Location was great and after check-in, everything went smoothly. The check in process was tumultuous as our flight was delayed and upon trying to check in at the kiosk at 3 am, the kiosk would not Prius e the keys to the room. The attendant over the phone who was trying to rectify the situation had us waiting for 40 minutes stating that my reservation was not active till the day after. A mistake clearly on technical or human error. Overall it got settled after trying multiple times to open the emergency key box with multiple codes. Recommendation would be to have a contingent plan on getting the key quickly for the guest if the kiosk is unable to produce.

Great centrally located apartment to many of the main sites. Clean apartment and true to the pictures! Well air conditioned apartment.

When we arrived at 10.30 pm, we were told that the property is overbooked and we are unable to assign you rooms togather as we asked for connectd or adjoined rooms. They gave us room on the floor "A" 047 but to our surprise, the room was filled with cigarette smoke smells, and the reading light behind our bed was on and malfunctioned, and we were not able to sleep well. I notified the same to the reception in the morning. I asked them to provide us the rooms as soon as possible, but nothing has been done today.

Hotel staff- a five star should have welcome drinks or a station available. Staff should be welcoming you and door should be opened. None of this happened at this hotel. I also didnt forsee the staff telling my children to not touch the fountain in the hall- they are kids and the fountain is not on (why is it not on its a 5 star) . Pools in pictures are in neighbor properties which you have to pay for-the pool in this hotel is a single pool. Hotel is quite far from city centre and the shuttle they claim is always booked-you have to reserve far in advance at a specific time Lots of towels available. Beautiful outdoor space and dining available. Room- furniture needs updating. Bathroom was great. Room was large enough for our family of 4 but for a 5 star hotel i would expect something a bit fancier for decor and furniture. Food is pricy- a burger 25 euro -but delicious coffee-5b euro all in all housekeeping was good and hotel was nice but i would only give it a 4 star. Staff could be a bit friendlier
