Very clean,,near to most hot spots

The location is excellent, we were walking distance from everywhere and only had to use the metro once! Easy to get to from the airport as well. Clean, spacious rooms. Great amenities, the check in was super smooth and we liked how we didn't have to worry about a key.

It was as expected. Clean and convent. Good area.

Loved our stay, was very cool having the app and key on our phone, plus access to staff 24/7. Location was nice and close to the action. Great sized apartment, so nice to have separate rooms. Would absolutely recommend!

I loved staying in here, the rooftop was so impressive and nice to have dinner there. The room was also very clean and the staff were so cordial and friendly. We had a beach day tour and the staff were so helpful to help us to make sure our stay was wonderful!!

Perfect place to stay for early flight. Just be sure to get there early for shuttle to airport as we were five minutes early and told no more room. Happily another came 20 minutes later. But the driver wasn’t the most polite about it at 3.55am. Otherwise all good. Great bed too.

I am a frequent traveler and my experience with Barcelo Sants Hotel was absolutely horrible. While the hotel location is great and the lobby looks cool, my wife and I were not able to sleep for two out of our three nights of our stay. The AC stopped working day 2, we contacted front desk, reported it and headed out. They said it will be fixed by the time we’re back. We came back to a boiling temp in the room, we called again and they sent maintenance which replaced the filter and said it should be working shortly. It didn’t. We called again and they said maintenance left for the day and there’s nothing they can do since they have no vacancy. Next morning we talked to them again and they said the same thing, it will be fixed by the time we’re back. Same as the day before we came back and the room was still boiling. We went downstairs and talked to them and they said they will reset it remotely and we should wait for it to kick in. It didn’t. We called again and they said maintenance had left already. Two nights in a row without sleep. They gave us a small super loud fan to blow hot air at us. It felt like sleeping in an air fryer. The night shift front desk told us it’s a problem with their building AC and many rooms are in the same situation. We checked out next morning at 5;30 AM we couldn’t take it anymore. They knew exactly what the issue was and kept stalling. NEVER staying in this hotel again and absolutely do not recommend it. They simply don’t care.
