Florida Kid friendly Vacations

Honestly for how much I spent, I personally don’t think it was worth it. When I first arrived, there were pieces of the bathroom door all on the floor in the main bedroom and bathroom. I don’t think my room was cleaned prior to my arrival due to finding a trash can full of garbage from someone else’s previous stay. On top of that the amenities that I paid the resort fee for were unavailable to me for most of my stay. Only got one chance to go into the pool, granted the first time was due to the weather but I wasn’t told why for all the other times. When discussing this with a representative she told me that she could only give me a minor refund of the resort fees for the first day but that’s all they could do. Overall the trip was okay but I’d definitely look elsewhere next time.

The property looks better in person then shown in the photos. Best believe I’ll be coming back. Beds were comfortable. Everything is kept clean - Every bedroom had its own TV with multiple channel options/ movies. Also have their own bathroom. We had a suite overlooking the pool and hot tub. It’s quiet but not far from anything. It’s gated so you have security. Just a really nice place to settle down after long days at the park. Reception desk is 24 hours. They have a pool bar. Parking is included. They have a shuttle To the parks. The gym is small but has free weights, weight bench and thred mills. Very happy with our stay. Loved it. Exceeded my expectations and I am a hotel snob soooooo book this place.

I have stayed at Embassy Suites before and have always had good experiences, but unfortunately, this was the first time I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay and the service. The bedroom curtain was already broken when I arrived, which I reported on the first day so I would not be charged for damage I did not cause. I even had to use a hair clip to keep it closed for privacy. There were also what appeared to be poop stains on the shower curtain, and the ice maker was broken. The most concerning issue happened around 9:30 AM on my last day, even though check-out was not until 11:00 AM. Someone unlocked my door and attempted to enter without knocking or announcing themselves, despite my “Do Not Disturb” sign being displayed. Thankfully, I had the security stopper on because I had just gotten out of the shower and was undressed. I immediately reported the incident to the front desk. This was a serious invasion of privacy and completely unacceptable. Between the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and lack of respect for my privacy, this was by far my most disappointing stay at an Embassy Suites.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Although there was a good breakfast selection, the quality was disappointing, so I would definitely skip it. Overall, aside from breakfast, I had a pleasant stay.
