Quick and easy check-in, a very good-sized room, and the elevators are fast. Great location just two blocks from Grand Central Terminal, but not in a crazy busy area, which makes it perfect. Would definitely stay here again—thank you!

This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff is amazing at every level of customer contact. They weren’t just passively helpful, they were actively trying to make our day and our stay better or easier. Phenomenal location of course and the amenities/room are top notch.

Conveniently located hotel. Walking distance to subway, good choices of restaurants nearby. As with most thinga in NY, very expensive hotel for a tiny single bed with a miniature bathroom. TV was old and screen was scratched. Staff is decent. Good enough to recommend for a short stay.
