Property has an EXCELLENT LOCATION Has just reopened after being closed for renovation Opened may 1 .. we checked in may 2 Much work still in process As expected a few loose ends Helpful but not quite ready staff Communication was lacking They will do better Rooms VERY small particularly the bath No in room coffee or fridge Had been requested but never came … no room for it anyway This one may get better as work and organization continues

Stayed in room 4012 and just the overall feel is outdated. My buddie was in 3909 and his tv stand Was falling apart. Elevator make so crazy sounds. Just old and outdated type of place

Great location just off Times Square so you aren’t in the middle of chaos but close. Room was nice and there was even a gym.

I was very happy with my stay . They upgraded my room to a suite . The king bed was so comfortable. Maid was very nice. Because I was a solo traveller they included lunch at a nearby deli. Loved my stay ! Not first time at the Edison.

Long wait times for 2 separate elevators to reach units. Price is high for what you get.

The location of this hotel was excellent, close to most major sites and with restaurants and stores nearby. The room was relatively clean but in need of updating and upkeep. The mattress was uncomfortable and seemed old because it had springs. The sheets, pillows and blanket were not good quality. Overall the hotel was adequate but hasn’t been maintained well. The furniture in the lobby was worn and uncomfortable. But the location made it very convenient.

It’s not a traditional American breakfast, but the bagels and muffins are good.
