Staff very friendly, room was spotless. Very nice room and excelkent off season rate. One of the top 5 places we have ever stayed. Dinner in small restaurant in resort was excellent.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Not sure whats happening with the food and the bar. I may be wrong but the opening times are a tad short and odd or at least not well displayed. My husband and I stay here one night a month while attending WCT productions and will continue to do so.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the facility was clean and had all sorts of different amenities. Underground parking was very useful and the rooms were amazing! One of our best stays to date!

the room was fine the hot tub was out of order for the stay. The staff were good we stayed in a double room but there were only one towel set in the bathroom and the tub pluming could use some help.

Clean rooms and extremely friendly staff as well as great food

This Sandman is under renovations and should be advertised as such BEFORE booking. Impossible to find your way from tower section to lobby without going outside and around the entire building. In winter this not fun. There is signage but directions were not specific or helpful. Room was satisfactory and staff were pleasant. Until the renovations are complete I suggest staying elsewhere in Kelowna.

Immaculate updated room. Very friendly staff. Great price for the quality. All rooms are non-smoking & pets are allowed for a reasonable charge.
