The staff was wonderful. The hotel is in need of a makeover. The elevator and common hallways need a good cleaning.

Its not a destination sorta hotel. The traffic could be heard but wasnt as bad as it could have been after 10pm’ish. Was it the right price to sleep & shower- yes.

This property was a perfect over night stop over. It was clean, staff was great, bed was comfy, and the view of the mountains was amazing. Highly recommend.

There was only one elevator and although we had a cart for our luggage our room was on the opposite side of the hotel. The hotel has an enormous amount of rooms; the halls are long and it was like walking through a corn maze to get to our room. On the plus side the stairs were close by so we used them whenever we did not have to carry our luggage.

This hotel was convenient and the space was adequate for us. They are in the process of renovating the rooms as they are somewhat tired looking,, but they are clean for the most part. We were booked in the tower room and when we got there they had us on the main floor. We requested the tower room as was indicated in our booking with expedia. My husband had to arm wrestle them to get the additional $12 per night off of the booking when they recognized that the main floor was not what we booked. All good. The restaurant on site was a great addition and the pool and hot tub are great amenities.
