Some staff are not friendly. In the dining area a waiter was quite rude, demanding for me to say please before serving me. The representative who booked me for the Spa was quite resourceful and professional. However on arrival for the treatment I did not get a robe, I was not offered a locker and when I asked I was told I would get it later. I was told that there were amenities that I could make use off no one walked me through these amenities. I think there should be a routine process in place as the persons there seem to be no order. The person who sent me around told me the name and I gave that name yet that person was not aware and refused to assist me. I stopped waiting with my bag and no one offered me a place to put my bag. I was not pleased with this at all. I spoke with the supervisor who apologized and advised that they will address same in their meetings.

"The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."

"The room was very clean and modern. Nice big bed, in room tub, amazing shower head. Loved the swim up pool nice and deep food was excellent although very small portions. Some staff were very nice and others seemed to busy. Overall an excellent vacation."
