The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, really nice people. The communication with the hotel prior to our trip was quick and efficient too. We had a few questions and would sometimes respond within minutes. When we got to our room, I noticed they had upgraded our room to one facing the ocean, what a pleasant surprise. The beach was clean and well maintained. Given that it was seaweed season, there was an employee raking and clearing it every morning and going over the sand with a rake after he was done with the seaweed. It was the only hotel where this was done daily. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, pleasant and helpful, we will miss our daily morning Spanish lesson while having breakfast 😊 Now beware, Tulum is expensive, eating out is not cheap and taxi will cost 💲 but all and all we had had a great and enjoyable time.

An incredible place to stay for the price and location in Tulum ! The room was super clean and spacious, the AC worked perfectly and the bed was massive and comfortable ! Our check in was a breeze with the help of Alphonso, who was incredibly helpful and kind ! Definitely recommend it, it’s only a couple of minutes from all the main attractions and restaurants!

Beautiful property that felt luxurious yet not pretentious. Food was excellent and loved the cappuccino smoothies! We stayed in a suite that had a private plunge pool and it was gorgeous! Staff went above and beyond with making sure we had everything that we needed and made our room spotless every day.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Every design detail was well thought out - rustic but elegant. The entire staff were so pleasant and helpful. The beach was gorgeous with plenty of comfortable options to sit or lay down on. The view was wonderful. Swimming in the ocean was tough due to the amount of sargassum but the two pools were very clean and had stunning views. Though the weather was warm (last week of April) there was a breeze every single day which made it very comfortable - a very nice surprise. My favorite thing was how you felt you were staying in the jungle with beautiful lanterns lighting your way. Exceptional stay!

Great beach front property that offers yoga classes and a zen feel! The property itself is beautiful with white sand pathways leading to each little villa. This hotel is by the beach however it is about a 17-25 min walk to the more busy areas. They offer bike rentals and you can usually find a taxi or collectivo driving buy which made transportation easy. As beautiful as the hotel is , We stayed in an ocean view king and upon arrival the room was so humid! Even with the AC running the whole time the humidity was still there. SO SO SO many little gnats and mosquitos. If you plan on staying please pack some bug repellant. Staying in a hut style villa was something worth experiencing.
