Everything and everyone at PUR was absolutely amazing. Thank you to each and every person on staff for the parts they played in making my vacation memorable. The room, the food, the drinks, the service, immaculate.

We had a great time staying at Villa Massis. The entire staff was very friendly and very accommodating and very warm and they took good care of us while we stayed there.

This hotel only has 12 unites so it's very private and personal. The staff truly wants you to have the very best stay possible. You can tell they really care. It's a new and modern property. It's beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are big, fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable. Very happy with our choice.

Ms Deborah and staff made us feel very welcome.Every morning we had a delicious homemade breakfast.The property was very clean safe.Anytime we had questions with recommendations on things to do we just asked and were very happy with the suggestions given to us. Next visit to Belize we will be definitely stay at The Ambassador’s Terrace

Came for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. Booked the Ocean View Suite with another couple that booked the same. The room & mattress were nice. Downside was that there was no closet so we had to put our clothes on tiny bar on top of the safe that was too close so that the clothes were not hanging that they would not wrinkle. No dresser in a room of that type is very strange. Cleaning people were very lax in coming & noticed that even though they changed the towels, they did not discard garbage in kitchen. We informed the Manager that we did not have a curtain in bathroom & kitchen & he did make the change and added a curtain. We decided to extend our stay and did not get a deal with the Reservation Team or the Manager of the hotel even though he said it was a discount. Very disappointing & may I add that it is off season & hotel was empty so why wouldn't they accommodate us? Also, the bar was advertised to be open until 5:00 p.m. & Bartender left at 3:00p.m. everyday, so no sips or food was available after 3:00p.m. and had to venture out. Great ocean view, no swimming because of sargassum, 2 great pools. Great front Reception, Hailey, Vashley & Samantha were awesome. Bartender Hener was awesome. Manager could have done more. Much more. Our anniversary no celebration vibe. boring, no music throughout, no beach access, no ice machine. No microwave for community use. Don't get the lobster roll not fresh. We had to move to smaller room & be inconvenienced to save $. in a empty hotel.

If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip.
