The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Being able to store our luggage at the hotel was especially convenient and made it much easier for us to continue on to the next part of our trip. The hotel was very clean, with a unique character and a beautiful, stylish design. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Wien. The room was spotless. The staff were so helpful. The location was unbeatable. I had lunch here on my last day, and it was delicious. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Would recommend it wholeheartedly and would definitely stay here again on my return to Vienna. Thank you.

I thought that the room was rather small. Not very many electrical outlets. Need more towel hangers in the bathroom. The staff was always helpful and accommodating. Nice and close to the main train station.

The staff was very helpful, especially ordering me a ride from the airport at midnight. Breakfast was ordered from a menu with hot and cold choices. I think this is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Close to the castle area so you can beat the crowd
