Excellent location just a 5–6 minute walk to all main public transportation stops like Wien Westbahnhof. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful, especially the kitchen team and the Front Office. A comfortable stay overall with good service and easy access to the city.

The hotel was amazing, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Anastasia, Milli, Nikola, and Vite are awesome. The kitchen staff were also very helpful and provided great service to all guests. The housekeepers are wonderful and friendly. The breakfast is amazing with lots of variety to choose from, very diverse and well prepared. Hotel is in the best location in VIENNA!! We travel around the world, and so far this is the best hotel we have stayed in. We will definitely come back Thank you! Galina , USA.
