A great hotel. We have stayed here several times when we need a hotel in the Victoria area. The hotel is always clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. I definitely recommend this hotel for your next Victoria stay!

Everything about our experience and stay at the Sooke Harbour House was fabulous. What a great spot! The restaurant and staff are outstanding and the room is perfect.

The hotel is luxurious so everything was perfect. The thing that really stood out for us was the helpfulness of the staff in all areas of the hotel.

Great property facing the harbour. Aura restaurant we tried for breakfast very good.

You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.

My family’s favorite hotel for vacations! It’s a great hotel with friendly staff, beautiful views, and many tourist attractions within walking distance. Plenty of buses nearby, so it’s very convenient to get around. Very enjoyed the breakfast — the dining hall is spacious and classy.
