Beautiful resort and grounds.
Everyone of the staff was over the top helpful.
Unfortunately we like our pool time when on vacation and all three pools were about 88 degrees…not refreshing on the 92 degree days.
And….food and drinks were very, very expensive.

The staff remembered our names, what room we stayed in, the palapas that we were under and were so personable. The food was amazing, the rooms were spacious and modern, the beach was beautiful. We stayed one night because we arrived before the reservation at our timeshare began and we went back TWICE afterwards with a day pass. We kicked ourselves for not staying there the entire time.

The resort is beautiful but the swim .up bar it’s located at the children pool so the kids have to deal with a bunch of drunken people My opinion is changing the adults only pool to kids pool and the pool with the bar into adults only my family see a man pass out drunk and people carry him out the pool not a great experience to remember about their vacation and the bathrooms by the pool needs not slippery floor mats, the rest of the resort is beautiful and the attention is great, great food nice shows
