The staff were great but sparse - apparently there is a staffing problem. The pool area was out of control-running, yelling, jumping into the pool, children in the hot tub. The hot tub was disgusting. It had bits of stuff in the water and a horrible foul/sour smell that penetrated our suits and towels.

Staff were excellent, particularly Anya, who gave us lots of tips on places to eat and how to get around. The hotel is centrally located and very walkable to restaurants, shopping, attractions, and Beacon Hill Park. Highly recommended.

Located in quiet neighbourhood but only a few blocks away from Legislature building and major bus stops. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I found water pressure for shower is a bit weak, but big clean room & bathroom. Amenities are good too.
