⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Peaceful, Relaxing Stay – Highly Recommend Pros: * Quiet, laid-back atmosphere (never crowded) * Clean, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds * Strong WiFi throughout the property * Two clean, well-maintained pools * Friendly, responsive staff (easy communication via WhatsApp) * On-site restaurant with great options (pizza, octopus, burgers, breakfast) * Hammocks outside rooms – perfect for relaxing * Convenient airport shuttle (with optional grocery stop) * Dock access for boat pickups/excursions * Great spa services Cons: * Located outside the main town (golf cart needed to explore) * Beach affected by sargassum at times (common across the island) Summary: X’tan Ha Resort is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay away from busy crowds. The property is well maintained, the staff is excellent, and the overall experience is stress-free and comfortable. While it’s a bit outside town, that actually adds to the quiet vibe. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it—especially for couples or anyone looking to unwind on Ambergris Caye.

The property was very clean. The staff was absolutely incredible! They were extremely accommodating and did a phenomenal job of making me and my husband feel welcome. The supervisor Mitch even went above and beyond to ensure my birthday dinner was memorable by placing a candlelight dinner in the center of the resort. We loved everything about this trip and will definitely be back to visit.

Las Terrazas was absolutely wonderful to stay at! The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the whole property was beautiful. They had great amenities: kayaks, stand up paddle boards, pool, beachside games… And the breakfast every morning was delicious and just what we needed to get going on our days’ adventures. They were a few miles from San Pedro proper, but we preferred it that way. It was quiet, close to Secret Beach, and the golf cart rental allowed us to access stores, restaurants, and the town easily. Would love to stay here again in the future!

Gorgeous and amazing resort!! You feel like you are truly in Belize and not a hotel resort like feel. Rooms great, staff amazing. Staff can assist in everything. Make sure to rent a golf cart for stay to get around. Chris the gentleman who runs the charter boats for fishing and snorkeling super amazing guy too. Belize people are friendly, and accommodating. Very much vibe of Costa Rica with smiles and great attitude.
