All around a wonderful place

The restaurant on the grounds was great Jamaican food. The people were super helpful and service excellent. The hotel is very small and so is the pool. However all those things didn’t matter much to us since the Amigos Del Mar tour place is right next door, a great company for tours. Ferry is also next to that. Also all the great restaurants are super close like el fogon and Elvis kitchen. Overall good value for the price.

All around a wonderful place

Everything was great, staff friendly and beyond helpful.

Helpful staff, very polite security guards. They constantly checked on us and offered suggestions on activities. The food at Gems restaurant is excellent. The sargassum was a little unpleasant but nothing against Sapphire.

We recently stayed at X’tan Ha and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The rooms were clean, although they are somewhat dated and could use some updating. We also had a few visits from ants and termites in our room during our stay. The food was mediocre—not bad, but not particularly memorable. However, if you’re looking for peace, quiet, seclusion, and beautiful beach views, X’tan Ha delivers. The property offers a relaxing atmosphere away from the crowds. One thing to keep in mind is that it’s about a 40-minute bumpy golf cart ride to most restaurants, shops, and activities in town. For some travelers, the remote location will be a major plus; for others, it may be less convenient. Overall, if your priority is tranquility, beachfront scenery, and friendly service, X’tan Ha is worth considering.

We loved staying at the Belizean Shores Resort. The amenities and the staff were great. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
