All restaurants need improvements, the food quality, presentation, ambience, and service. The menus are not exciting. They don’t serve salads or healthy sides and the protein is low quality. The duck was over salted, the fish was over cooked and dry, the appetizers are very small. Overall, not satisfying dinners, also service at the restaurants luck hospitality.

We always enjoy our stay at Sunset at the Palms. The staff are always friendly and quick to accommodate your every need. Parts of the resort could use upgrades. The gym really needs an air conditioner that works. The night entertainment, specifically the piano bar, would benefit from a little more variety and offer different musicians an opportunity to sing.

Staff is the absolute gem of the resort- from the housekeeping, servers, bartenders, activities, bathroom asst. food prep you name it each and all with a smile and most delighted to be there. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Entertainment bonuses using both resorts as talent varies. All restaurants including Buffett and specialty were excellent. Did not go to casino- used concierge for excursion and transportation booking and all was amazing.
