8/10 Very good! (5,293 reviews)
I loved my stay . The waiters that bring you drinks are friendly (especially Jose). I do wish the food and the dinner buffet was better . Everything was constantly changed and clean , it just tastes watered down. Bread and tortilla chips always taste stale. The woman who makes the omelettes during breakfast was amazing and works her butt off she’s so fast. The main woman who works the snack station by pool is rude.
The night shows/ lobby music at night could be a little better but overall this is a nice resort if you don’t want to be overstimulated with too much .
I would stay here again

9/10 Wonderful! (2,395 reviews)
Pros
It is literally on the beach. The color of the water is a beautiful blue ( October end )
They assign you a host and the host is very responsive
It is two buildings away from coco bongo. You get beach and restaurants alongside.
We did not get disturbed by coco bongo
Super selecto Chedraui is a 10 min walk
The swimming pool is awesome
Bus stop is right outside
Ample parking space and very clean complex
Cons
It’s a basic update. Building is a bit old
Lift did not work one night and I was on 7 th floor.
I would 100% stay here again.
