"We had issues with the drain not draining and an outlet not working and called on Sunday. Someone finally came out to fix it on Friday. Also the microwave is from like 1987. It needs to be replaced. There is no oven so you really need a decent microwave. The location was great and the pool was nice."

"Love love love the location of this property. It is perfect for if you’re visiting Universal Studios like my party was… However, there are more cons than pros in my opinion. There was mold in apartment, especially in the bathrooms (which I’m sure is due to lack of ventilation and humidity) as well as finding a dead cockroach in the restroom. While some of the unit seemed somewhat recently updated/renovated… The entire building was run down and outdated. The beds were pretty comfortable but...
