For the most part the apartment was great and made a good home away from home and was conveniently located near the parks.First impressions, the entry way was worn and could use a new coat of paint. When we arrived, there was a very loud party going on at the pool. You could hear the music in the master bedroom. Fortunately, we left for dinner and it was over by the time we came back.The beds were extremely comfortable and the property sleeping arrangements were great for three tired park goers, giving us each out own bed.The property has a well-appointed kitchen and baths as well as fun additional items such as games and lots of pool towels…even a playpen!The host did an excellent job replying to our questions and concerns throughout our stay. ##### Cheryl B. The beds were extremely comfortable, although the AC is loud in the guest room which is right next to the HVAC unit). However, this property is not as described. The "gate" for the gated community was permanently open and when you approach the property there is a massive trash bin with garbage overflowing. The pool was closed "by order of the City of Orlando" and the gym was weak at best (with little AC running in all the parts of it). Was disappointed and we left after the first night. I felt the area was safe. Our biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the vents. The outside of the vents were extremely dusty and my whole family was dealing with throat and nose issues while in the apartment. We suspect there may be a mold issue. When we went out in the Orlando area outstide of the condo we felt much better. Unfortunately we needed a place to sleep indoors. The kitchen had the basics which was helpful for cooking some meals. However, the coffee and tea that was advertised were well over expired. We also had to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper for our stay.
