"Our stay here was great. I took a bus from the Ferry terminal and got dropped about 12ish min walk from the hotel. Easily walked down even late at night. The location is very good in terms of food and other stores (like dollar store, pharmacy etc.) nearby. All within a 5 min or less walk. You can also easily walk down to the touristy spots. Our room was clean and since it was on the ground floor, it opened up to the courtyard with the pool. That really added to our experience - it was a great view and very nice to be able to sit outside in an enclosed green space whenever we wanted. I would definitely stay here again if we come back."

"Very roomy King suite. Variety of hot and cold items for breakfast. Management sent us a bottle of Sea Cider and dark chocolate to celebrate our 35th Anniversary. They went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. Would definitely recommend and will stay when on the Island again. Close to major bus stop so took bus into Victoria and back. Walked to many of the good restaurants in the Sidney area."

"The cottage was very pretty .... nice fireplace, beautiful deck and lake view, comfortably furnished. We weren't aware that there would be many stairs leading from the parking area to the cottage. Fortunately, we have the mobility to manage those stairs and carry our luggage, but many people our age would have difficulty. We were disappointed that we couldn't check in until 5:00. A 4:00 check in would enable guests to settle in and begin their vacation time more comfortably. We felt that the kitchen facilities could have been cleaner. The oven had not been cleaned for a long time, and the dish drying rack, and the kitchen sinks needed a good scrub. We also gave the fridge interior a wipe-down."
