"My husband, 9 and 10-year-old daughters and I loved staying at the B&B Fortuny. It is a very short walk from the water bus stop which makes it an easy journey to and from the Marco Polo Airport. Andrea sent clear and detailed instructions on how to get there. He gave us a friendly welcome when we arrived even helping to carry our luggage up the stairs. Our suite was a nice size for our family of 4 and the location was perfect for access to the station and airport bus departure as well as walking to all the main sights. The room was clean, comfortable and the view just fabulous! We got used to the tooting horns of the boats and loved watching the boat traffic pass by. Breakfast was just beautiful. "On our trip we stayed in 3 different hotels and out of the 3 this was the least amusing. Everywhere felt dirty. There was a kitchen which was nice but very basically supplied no bowles to have cereal in. And shower door was broken and poorly replaced so water went everywhere. But to compensate all of this the host is a very nice guy. Definitely not a profetinal stay as we had to wait to get the keys untill the gentlemen cycled up to us but we a cheap stay so couldn't expect too much. But agen...
