8.6/10 Excellent! (1,011 reviews)
Upon check in the front desk lady was very arrogant and made us feel unwelcome. She was talking to another in Italian and one of the people in our group understood what she said. The rooms were musty and HOT!! The AC was broken in two of our seven rooms that our family was moved to another hotel. The elevator broke down as well which was interesting when we were stuck in it. Breakfast had ants crawling on the tables and when address was told that’s common in Europe. Overall if I could give this hotel zero stars I would. At one point I asked about how to get somewhere by the young lady at the desk and she handed me a map!!!

We were given the worst room full of mosquitoes when we checked in late night that too with kids! The night front desk staff was very rude and didn’t change the room! After long travel we couldn’t sleep and we had mosquito bites! Gave two stars only because the lady next morning was very helpful and gave us a much better room so we could relax, thanks to her!

7/10 Good! (1,146 reviews)
"The building and decorations are fantastic, the cleaning team wa excellent, the reception team was too cold, I didn't feel welcomed by them. Perhaps was the language barrier. The room we stayed had fried oil and food smell all the time, but it was clean and the A/C was fantastic."
