Fantastic hotel. Man on the front desk was extremely helpful. Organised us a taxi and a meet and greet to Morano Island. Fully stocked mini bar and coffee machine stocked daily. Perfect location. Only thing missing was a floor length mirror (only had 1 in bathroom above sink)

Facilities excellent but the men that received us in feont desk not very friendly. With my VIP status i supposed to received 1 bottle of wine daily but the staff didnt know that. The hotel is not identified, dificult to find if your GPS didnt function as per poor signal.

Mini bar is great, showers and bathroom are recently renovated and beautiful. Everything clean and neatly organized. Hotel is near the Marco Plaza, excellent shopping area with designer stores and bar restaurants and gondolas are everywhere Property is not identified outside; not easy to find. When we arrived to the “front desk”, the man was rude and short of words; he slamed his fist in the table when he asked a question to one person in the group and a different person answered.The man lacks proper customer service. Franchesca, do not bother to blame me or get defensive because of my feedback, like you did with other reviews, instead use the feedback and make your hotel better: this is what the reviews are for, to help you improve the quality of your service.

Very nice large luxurious room that is very modern compared to the other hotels in the area. Really nice aesthetic and well put together. Only downside at night time there is no reception however you can contact on WhatsApp so not a big issue, overall brilliant hotel with gondola service on your doorstep.

Very nice place, but unfortunately supposedly the double rooms all face a wall so there’s almost no daylight. We didn’t get an upgrade to a room with a light or an upgrade at all despite it supposedly being a perk (as seems to be typical). We asked about it but were told nothing else was available. The site had other rooms available for purchase the same nights, however. Otherwise it’s a very nice well appointed room.

Fabulous hotel and the room was amazing. Spotlessly clean. Mini bar restocked daily and the staff were super friendly and polite- nothing was too much trouble. Located in the heart of everything. The boat ride to and from airport is like one minute walk. Can not fault this hotel at all.

Loved the modern decor with hints of old world touches. Hotel conveniently close to ferry station which made arriving and leaving with bags easier. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. Only issue had was with tvs that were not working consistently but since we were out and about most of the time it was not a big issue. I would definitely stay here again.
