You get what you pay for. It's a Bed and Breakfast, not a hotel. The host gave us a warm welcome, we really appreciate it. However when it was not grateful when the host welcome other tourists and waked up us after midnight. It's Venice, do not expect too much.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts gave tour info to help us know the things to see in each area of the city and surrounding islands. Lots of walking and stairs in Venice so be prepared.

Safe, clean, budget B&B. Esmeralda was very welcoming and helpful . Comfortable bed on ground floor (no view- upper rooms gad that). Charming 15mim walk to Piazzale Roma. Easy access to main sites by foot. Down a twisty alley - part of the Venice adventure. Nothing our gps couldn’t manage, would stay again!
