"This is a great location for visiting Clemson! Apartment is small, but it was very clean and well-stocked. Parking is easy, especially if you drive around to the back. Common area is small, but we were not in the apartment much to sit and watch tv. El Jimador (restaurant in same parking lot) is very good and so convenient! Russell is easy to get in touch with for any issues or questions. "

"We were told checkout was 11am but that didn’t stop the cleaning lady from kicking our door open at 8:30am on a Tuesday “just to see if anyone was still in the room.” She did it a second time an hour later, just as my daughter was preparing to get into the shower. I yelled at cleaning lady to stop entering our room, and she said “the door was already open” while giving me a dirty look, then slammed the door shut. Ridiculous behavior, we won’t stay here a second time."
