"Checking in with an ap was new to us and a bit of a learning curve, but overall was smooth. No elevator (hard for our friend who is suffering from knee injury). Everyone said beds were great and slept well. Had to ask for many things that were missing - no kitchen towels, no dish cloths, no dishwasher soap, no dish drainer or dish pad for hand washing, no coffee pods, no bath mats for getting out of the shower in bathrooms and only 2 sets of towels in each so we had to improvise, the shower...
