« Property was very clean and very quiet. Only a few problems….the toilet seat was broken, they didn’t provide enough toilet paper and paper towels (luckily we had our own) and they didn’t provide dish towels to dry dishes. Also be warned that there is no AC, but they do provide a fan. Overall though, good unique experience. »

« Overall the Urban Saddle Ranch was an interesting and cozy place to stay in the woods! Accommodating and friendly with all necessities met. That being said, the main issues came with being in the woods! First issue was the HUMONGOUS spider in the bathroom!! Leg span was 3 inches easily and while it was probably a wolf spider, it looked almost like a small tarantula!! « We did really enjoy our stay! We were surprised by three things: 1) Pleasant surprise that some of the things noted as not being available, actually were such as coffee filters and chairs around the fire pit. Unfortunately, it was too rainy and wet to use them. 2) We didn’t realize just how close this was to the locations that we planned to go to. It’s a perfect location! 3) We’ve never before actually been charged for the security deposit. Usually, there’s just a hold put on your account....
