There are 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have king beds. One bedroom has king bed and full size bed. One bedroom has queen bed. There are 2 large living areas along with a large eat in kitchen. Beautiful large yard for cornhole, kids to run and play. The yard is no close to the road so can be enjoyed by all and safely. The beautiful porch is so nice for sitting, relaxing and enjoying the country settting. Aitch boat launch is only a mile away for launching a boat or fishing from the bank. Seven points recreation area is about 5 miles north on route 26\. There is plenty of sleeping space. The basement bedrooms do not have access to a bathroom on that floor, but it didn't pose a problem for our group, they came upstairs to use the other two (but take note if there are elderly people who cannot do that). Having sheets and bath towels provided was a big help. We enjoyed the outside area as well, but spent a big portion of our time boating (Seven Points Marina right down the road). It’s far enough from the house that we didn’t hear any noise or have any issues with it. You can still sit on the front or side porch and enjoy the outside.
