« The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at Frank’s beautiful home. It’s close to the beach (including a great bike/walking path), and a great location for drives to other beachside communities. The garden is beautiful and would be a perfect spot for relaxing and outdoor dining if the weather permits. A few good restaurants are also within walking distance. Frank was easy to communicate with and overall we had a great stay. Thank you Frank! »

« We were in Marina del Rey for the spreading of ashes for our mother. The condo was great. Lovely location and just the right size for our family. »

« My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of. »

« Bed was super comfortable. Location was convenient (7 minutes from our kids and walkable to Natalee Thai). Sun cooperated and the garden was beautiful. Immediately responsive on an evening phone call when i had trouble connecting with the WIFI because I used the wrong password. Icemaker in frig didn't work, so it would have been nice to have ice cube trays. A bit of trouble with the heating, which was on a timer. A call and a visit from their assistant produced an immediate fix. »

« My friend and I loved staying here. We wanted somewhere to decompress after driving for 9 days and this funky little pad was perfect. It’s a 1920s private guest house just off the back landing, accessed by steps. It is closer to Venice beach than to Santa Monica pier, with easy walking access to restaurants and the SM farmers market. The downstairs laundry was excellent, the kitchen well set up, and the whole place suited us. Be warned, though, if you are short, the high chairs at the kitchen...

« I loved my stay! I stayed for about 3 weeks and the location is great - east walk to downtown and in a very safe area. I was a solo female traveler and I felt very safe the entire stay. The place was also so clean, comfortable bed and living area. I also used the laundry and had issues with the dryer properly drying but that’s all. I would highly recommend. »

« The place was very clean and it was in a good neighborhood - very safe. Two different doors to get inside as it’s a shared double unit place. The cons would be the beds were uncomfortable and then the place needs some hand towels in kitchen/baths. »

Points négatifs : draps en microfibre, pas de vrai rideaux occultants, le bruit de la rue est épouvantable (et on l'entend trop bien), l'enseigne lumineuse clignote dans la chambre... »
