"The property is perfect for a relaxing and fun visit to Merida. The hotel pool and private plunge pools are a real plus in the hot weather. The rooms are well appointed, the air conditioning works great, and the beds are super comfortable. The greenery and plants make the outdoor space feel like a tropical paradise. Above all, the staff are exceptional. The front desk staff are very knowledgeable about Merida and take care of every detail with great professionalism. The operations team is on top of every detail. The cleaning staff and wait staff are super helpful, willing to go over and beyond to make sure guests have what they need. I highly recommend the spa, too! Hotel Unknown is like my home away from home and the only place I stay when visiting Merida. I can’t wait to go back."
