"The best parts were definitely the pool and the beach. The pool area is very unique, fun, and one of the nicest features of the resort. The beach itself was also beautiful and clean. The location gives good access to the city and nearby attractions.
However, the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The mattress sheets had stains and marks on them, and the towels were also dirty and stained. I have stayed in many hotels and have never seen a room in this condition before.
Another issue was security and crowd control around the beach and pool area. I understand the beach is public, but it felt like anyone could freely walk into the hotel property and use the facilities. I saw many people coming in from outside and using the pool and beach access without any checks, security, or locked access points.
The room view was nice, but there was also a lot of noise during the stay.
Overall, I would only give this hotel 2 stars because of the amazing pool and convenient location, but the cleanliness issues were very disappointing."
