"Went for a weekend to Merida. Staff was very friendly and accommodating! The room was just ok but at par with the price we paid. Hotel could use some updates but was clean. Not a good option if you intend to spend a lot of time at the pool as it is in the entrance of the hotel and not much space around it (only one lounge chair). "
