« This place worked very well for us and the beachfront access and Pool are a very nice amenity. It is a bit bothersome to make your own beds etc. We also needed to bring our own towels, soaps and paper goods, although the management co did supply a starter kit! Our unit had every thing we needed except… a blow dryer. The unit does share parking space access, stairs and deck area with the neighboring unit. Was no problem but nice to know. I would book there again. »

« We stayed 2 nights. The location is great and you can see the ocean from the window and if you have small kids (like us) it’s a perfect walking distance to the beach. Other reviews are right about old carpets and such. Those are the downsides for sure. Place needs a lot of upgrades. Also there are no extra blankets at all and no coffee (coffee machine is there but you have to actually get your butt out in the morning and go buy coffee) »

« We loved holden beach. However, our room was disgusting and VERY outdated. When we arrived, i had to clean for 2 hours because everything was so nasty. I called and complained and still was never offered any money back, etc. Just that they was very sorry and offered to come and clean the room. But that was necessary because I had already cleaned it. The comforters were stained and old looking. I washed them before we used them. Will never book with these owners again. »

« Nice oceanfront condo, newly renovated. We enjoyed the deck and easy beach access. The building is right near the public access of the pier which was busy even in the off season. Don't think I'd stay here in the summer unless you like crowded beaches. FYI -The dishwasher takes over 2 hours to run and they want you to wash, dry and put away all dishes before you leave so you'll need to time that. »

« The proximity to the beach was awesome. The outside patio was larger than expected and had a nice view of the ocean. We ate all of our meals out there! The beds were comfortable enough and all bedding was nice and clean. The checkout process was pretty simple. We had one minor issue with the door but the host responded very quickly so it wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely rebook! »

« Best Thanksgiving and Christmas. This place is amazing to stay. Great location, wonderful view from balcony sunrise and sunset, fireplace , beautiful and clean inside apartment.
