This space is a lockout unit similar to an adjoining hotel room. The space is a bit dated but very clean and less than 2 miles from the Ocean. Located in Sea Trail neighborhood you have access to the pools, gym, tennis courts, library and other amenities. There is NO Kitchen just a fridge and microwave. This is not suitable to cook meals. It was a beautiful setting in a golfing community. I felt very safe. I went in off-season, so was not able to use the pool. But I can only imagine that it was as well-maintained as the rest of the property, which was well manicured. The condo itself was compact and had everything that I needed. I do wish there had been a small coffee table for when I did choose to eat meals in the condo. Otherwise, everything was nicely appointed. The location is fantastic! It’s very easy to get to the beach and to local shopping and restaurants. James was absolutely wonderful at communicating. He made sure that I got into the condo safely and checked on me during my stay. He was not at all intrusive, just very considerate. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better experience with a host. Read the description thoroughly bc I didnt and thought it was going to be bigger than it was. The coffee table is no longer there and the couch cushions could use some cleaning bc it has all kinds of stains on it.We didn't use any of the towels, bed sheets or pillows we brought or own, and the bed is stiff as a board.
