Unit 305\. One bedroom with one queen bed, fold out queen sized couch, and a washer & dryer! Pool and hot tub are both located indoor Cherry Grove is a quiet beachfront area that has been ranked by TripAdvisor as the #11 best beach nationwide. The beach in front of the unit is never overcrowded and a lifeguard is on duty in season. A few hundred yards down the beach the inlet meets the ocean and the sunrises and nature are breathtaking. The property is away from the congestion but just a short drive or uber ride to the action. You'll find this condo in a scenic salt marsh area with colorful and fascinating wildlife. Relax on the oceanfront balcony and watch the waves roll in. Heritage Shores Nature Preserve at the end of 56th Avenue North is a natural island in the salt marsh with hiking trails, boardwalks, observation decks, picnic shelters and lots more eco-friendly fun. This is a great location, quiet and free of the commercialized Grand Strand. It is an easy drive to all the entertainment attractions, over 100 golf course, shopping centers, and restaurants along the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. It was clean, well laid out. Loved that you can park in the parking deck very close to your door. Property is well kept and had a security guard present each day. I especially appreciated the unit having a washer dryer and providing linens. The balcony was protected from the winds and the chairs are great. But, could very easily accommodate 2 more people. The unit was just as advertised. Very clean, and appliances were new. The property is very well maintained as well. We loved being right on the ocean, and being at the quieter end of Cherry Grove/North Myrtle, it was exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely return for future visits! ##### Cassandra C. This was a cute little condo, clean and well furnished. A couple of things since my 70 plus mom was with me: The bathroom had a very old tub with shower head and was difficult for her to get in and out of and did not feature a grab bar. The elevator was easy access, but there are some stairs to go down to get to the deck. Just a heads up for anyone with an older traveler. Beautiful ocean front balcony view. Newly remodeled condo. Clean and comfortable. Literally five minutes from closing the condo door to standing on the beach. My daughters and I could not have asked for a better location. Covered parking and on the same level as the unit. This property will be my first search when I return to Myrtle Beach. ##### john e. Fully stocked kitchen made preparing meals a breeze. We loved the ocean front view! Bed and couch were both very comfortable. The only complaints I have are- There were no instructions provided on how to get into swimming pool room. We had to be let an by another guest, and when we did get in there was a sign on the wall stating that our infant (who had on a pool safe diaper) was not allowed in the pool. Also, the “heated” indoor pool was cold. Other than that, highly recommend! ##### Skye L.
