Standard Vacation Packages

We stay at The Sterling once a year. This may be the last time we do so. The main issue was the shower/tub. The main shower head would only dispense cold water. We had to use the small body shower head to clean. The water would not drain from the tub. We had multiple people staying in our room. After 2 showers, we had half a tub full of dirty water so the rest of our guests were unable to shower. The volume on the remote for the tv also did not work. The only time we saw a person at the front desk was when we checked in. I don’t know if they’re trying to save money or what but they need to staff the front desk. Was not a pleasant experience and I really hate to say it!

Clean room, great location, staffing from valet to desk were very kind, and willing to help with anything we needed. Social hour was great as well

Everything was great! Staff was very nice and helpful!

Hotel was really good but has went down a little bit in maintenance. Good for 1 nite. They charged a parking fee of us$ 12 for parking
