"We were away from the hotel most of the time. But the check in process was quick. Did not interact with any other than the front desk. She was pleasant, and competent. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking area is a bit small. We return from a concert at about 1 AM. Only one parking space was available. But that's all we needed."

Historic Sonora Inn

8/10 Good
"We loved this place so much that we stayed an extra night. The NIGHT STAFF (Viri & Christina: great meeting you!) were SO welcoming, personable and accommodating. This hotel isn’t just like any other chain hotel you can get in any city in the US. It has character specific to Sonora and is historic, yet has all the amenities and necessities of a modern hotel. And it’s right on the Main Street so you always have things to do and see. Only minor complaints are housekeeping came in without knocking and there are no ”do not disturb” door signs, and check out is 11am and if you ask to extend it you only get to 11:30. You can stay longer but have to pay $50 to stay until noon and then a full nights stay if you stay any later. But that’s only a problem if you’re a night owl/sleep in late like us. I will absolutely be back again!!"
