"The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The fridge, microwave, coffee maker and the sink were very convenient to use especially if you have a family. The property is better than 2 star, around 2.5. Would recommend staying here again especially if you want to explore Murphys and the Arnold areas. "

"The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The only thing was the room was cold even with heat turned up, other than the it was clean and quiet, and the check in staff was friendly and helpful. The casino staff are friendly and helpful also. We were celebrating a birthday and the only available restaurant was the cafe. That was disappointing but it was also a Monday so we didn’t get to try the Seven Sisters which were looking forward to. We will definitely go back. "

Next room, TV unplugged, tear in top sheet, no cleaning service 1st night, no kleenex in the room, towels looked dirty, woke up to ants all over bedside table, portable heater, lightbulb missing in bathroom, shower went cold all of a sudden, then back to warm, and the bare floors were gritty.
