Sierra Repertory Theater - Fallon House Tours and Activities

The staff was kind. But that’s pretty much the only positive I can say. My floor was so dirty that your feet turned black walking on it. I had no hot water for three out of the six days. I was there and no Internet. Yet they still charged me $583 on Friday and Saturday because of the aftershock concert. They have a great staff, but I seriously wanna contact Best Western for a refund because I can’t understand how they did this to me. I feel very taken advantage of.

Listen. We stayed for Aftershock so we just needed a bed and a shower. Because it was for the event and we chose this place because of the proximity to the festival and parking was included. I understand this is a budget motel so my expectations weren't super high. They price gouged us for the event which I understand is the norm. However for $1600 for 4 nights I expected at least the room to be clean. The good: The bed was comfortable. The AC was worked well The water got hot (but pressure was mid) Check in/out was easy. The bad: The room was DISGUSTING. The bedsheets were stained, and had cigarette burn holes. The shutters were covered in some unknown sprayed substance and fingerprints. The bathroom was moldy, all of the caulking was either dirty or filled with mildew....and you could tell they just painted over a moldy spot on the ceiling. The doors were so filthy, covered in grime and they had not been wiped down in a while. So while the convenience of location was worth the price, and we weren't expecting much as far as the room went....we at least expecting cleanliness for the price of $1600 for 4 nights. Will NOT be staying here again.
