Bright, modern, and uncluttered in both design and decor, this spacious Midhurst home makes a wonderful base for families and professionals! Explore Lake Simcoe, Georgian Bay, beautiful and renowned ski resorts, and vibrant towns nearby.

This multi-level home is located in the outskirts of Barrie, in a quiet neighborhood less than five miles from the city's restaurants, shops, beaches, and conveniences along the edge of Lake Simcoe. In the summer, you'll be close to Innisfil Beach on Lake Simcoe (15 miles) and Wasaga Beach on Georgian Bay (22 miles). In winter, spend your days at Snow Valley Ski Resort (six miles), Horseshoe Resort (17 miles), or Blue Mountain Ski Resort (38 miles). For your year-round shopping and dining needs, head to Georgian Mall or Bayfield Mall close by (four miles).

Step inside to be greeted by large, sunlit rooms with central air running throughout. The main floor features a home office, a formal dining room, and a sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with bar seating. On summer days, slide open the deck doors, head outside to barbecue on the gas grill, and watch your kids play in the yard. Come winter, curl up by the gas fireplace in the living room and find a favorite movie to watch on cable or streaming.

All five bedrooms are upstairs, three of which feature en suite bathrooms. The primary suite is especially comfortable, offering a soaker tub and a separate shower.
