« Stayed here with a group of friends for 2 nights for a Hawkeye football game. Location was nice. About a 10 minute walk from the edge of downtown and then another 20 or so minutes to the stadium. The furnishings were pretty basic, but the place was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have 2 beds in them. So it works well for a group. Suited our needs just fine and I would stay again if in town for a game. »

« Enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect little spot, but I did not notice when I booked it that there is actually not a kitchen. I had brought food to cook, but that did not work! There is a small room that looks like a converted laundry room that has a coffee bar, a tiny fridge (about 1/2 the size of my dorm room frige) and a microwave. « We loved the decor with turtles in each room. It was very cozy and had a lot of extra touches that made the stay even better. You can tell they really thought about everything you’ll need during your stay! The AC worked very well which was much appreciated! The king bed was extremely comfortable.
